C3 Call For Papers

From time to time, the C3 will call for papers on topics important to its work, and to the industry it serves.

Initially, it is important to compile papers, that will be made available publicly, to expand knowledge about issues currently affecting its members, the industry, and the public.  These include:

Authors of white papers are invited to submit there white papers to C3 for review and publishing.  All reasoned submissions that contribute to the common knowledge will be accepted and published on the C3 website, available to members or the public as appropriate.
